Sonar interference?

This might be a dumb question but I have a Faria depth gauge on our new boat. I also have a Lowrance X-25 fish finder from a previous boat that I would like to install and it operates at 192 khz. Would there be any interference problems if both units are on at the same time?

You may in deeper water (approx 25+ ft) since they both operate at 192 khz.
