Hi,
I own a 1978 Starcraft American18 fiberglass O/B boat. It is closed bow with the bowrider windshield to permit walk-thru onto the bow. A piece of the windshield's aluminum channel stock is bent on the driver's side where there used to be a windshield wiper motor connected.
Trying to source a length of this channel to repair the windshield. Many of the hold down bolts have corroded and busted loose. Does anyone know where I might locate? Someone advised me to use brass toilet bowl bolts (closet bolts). Anyone ever try that?
Finally, looking for some gasket material for the walk thru window.
Let me know if you have any ideas....thanks for reading!!
Regards,
