Well...some of us have resorted to buying multiple boats for scavenging purposes! As far as I can tell, AlumaCraft stocks nothing from this era...they do have some bow eyes but the profiles are off vs. what I see from the olden days. What are you looking for?

I am actually looking for a bow ring. I was going to have one made. For some reason the FD I just bought doesn't have a bow ring and looks like it was never equip with one. I am doing research to find out the year.

If we could get one of the original ones attached by screws and then have a decent foundry cast some up, that would be great. Aluminum or stainless...Please email me if you are interested in further thoughts.

My boats bow eye was broke off. I drilled through the old one and put in a half inch eye bolt, it is solid and works great. Here is a pic of it. Mike

I wanted to revive this thread and subscribe. I also need a bow eye. Mine is broken in half. May try and have it welded. Also would like to find correct vintage steering pulleys. Mine have "Moline marine company" on them. Front have a to bolt base, rear are a eye bolt through the hull, and motor have big spring clips like for an old dog chain.
