Source of new part

Great site, I've used it to learn a lot about an old motor I inherited.

I have a 1949 Sea King/Gale 3hp and I took it out the other day to test function. Only issue I have is the rubber piece on the water pump needs to be replaced. A lot of the sites referenced in the threads I've found are gone, so I am simply looking for a source for that piece.

Number is 94GG9009A

I already have, six threads come up when I search the model number. The links to pages where you can find products are all dead. I found this site http://www.vintageoutboard.com/JEImpellersLowerUnit/JOHNEVINImpeller_1.html but I am not sure which one to get between the top two.
