Spare bravo 2

i have a bravo 2 lower unit, in good shape, 97 model. I have a chance to buy an extremely clean 99 model bravo 2 , with prop, same gear ratio as mine, for $800. am i being foolish? is this truly a bargain?

If it's broken, nope it's not a bargain. If it works, heck yes. Just think of how much a Bravo 2 prop costs!

the owner claims its in great shape, he bought it thinking he could use it, but his boat takes a bravo 1
