spark plug class 102

Ok, you guys have convinced me to forget the splitfires, now who knows what the difference is in a QL77JC4 plug and the alternate L77JC4?

One is a suppresor plug(QL77JC4) and the other is not. Cuts down on interference in your radio and the like. Some say it doesn't matter. I just use what's suggested... same heat range, also...

the "Q" means a suppressor style sparkplug, not a resistor plug like some people think. OMC and Bombardier CD ignition systems are designed to use the suppressor type Champion plug. <br /><br />A resistor limits both AC and DC current, while a suppressor allows DC current to flow freely, while the AC component faces resistance. This is a very simplified explanation.
