Spark Plug Type?

Anyone have any idea what kind of plugs I need for the following:

1976 Mercruiser 3.0L ???

The service manual calls for either ACDelco AC-MR45-T or Champion RBL-8.

Can't seem to find info on either...

And since I'm at it... There seems to be some oil around my plug threads. Last years plugs seem pretty burnt. Any thoughts on that?

AC-MR43T or Champion (if you must ) RV15YC4, or (my choice) NGK BR6FS....

Oil around the plug threads could be as simple as a leaking rocker cover gasket, or as complex as oil getting passed the piston rings....

Could it be fogging oil from last years layup?

I've never used fogging oil so I didn't think of that

In fact, all these people talking about 'winterising', it's just a theory to me, never done it... (Check out my location... :D... We're heading into 'winter'... And I'm looking forward to some nice calm days fishing... Lowest we get is about 40F :D :D :D)

EDIT: Waiting for a fellow mod to make comments about walking on lakes... ;)

DUH. Totally spaced that one.

Actually upon further inspection, there is signs of oil on the other side as well. I may just have to see if I can find a cover gasket.
