Spark Plugs for 82 Evinrude 7.5hp

Has anyone who owns or is familiar with this outboard used a Champion QL86C spark plug. I'm using QL77JC4 and keep fouling them. I have done everything but rebuilt this engine(carb,fuel pump, linc and sinc,hoses) I haven't messed with any of the ignition because the spark is fine. I've heard this is hotter plug and it might be my ticket to success. Anyone with some insight on this I would greatly appreciate your comments. Thanks

A 86 is a hotter plug than a 77

I would stick with the L77JC4s and ditch the Q-series. The Qs are resistor plugs for noise suppression and in my experience have made small motors run worse...
