Spark plugs for v-4 90 hp, 1982

The spark plugs I removed from my motor were two different kinds:
Champion QL81Y and L-77JC4, I wonder which is the correct one and can I use NGK, and which?

My first choice all around would be Champion QL77JC4. Boat setup lists QL77JC4 nd QL82C: http://www.boatsetup.com/Spark Plug Chart 2007 BRP.pdf

Shop evinrude lists other options on the cylinder and crankcase diagram pages.

No one at OMC/BRP lists NGK for the V4 crossflows but they do list them for the 4 strokes.
