spark plugs in my 1995, 50hp Johnson

I pulled both my spark plugs from my 1995, 50hp, Johnson boat motor. They were black & wet. They were fouled out. I installed 2 new plugs. Then I started the engine. It ran a little rough. After 15 minutes of running, I removed the new plugs and they were black, wet, and oily looking.<br />Can anyone tell me what my problem is?

Make sure you are getting a good hot spark, do a a compression check, then clean the carbs.
