Spark plugs

I have 2007 Regal 1900 with a 4.3 GXI-G engine. In my manual for replacement parts it lists PN: 3858997 for the spark plugs. In doing some research, I found out that the part number was updated to a new one. New part number is 21513423. My questions regarding this number is, are they Champion branded plugs? And if so, is there a NGK or better plug for it. Thank you

They're alloy bodies, 'n don't rust in so quickly, as steel or plated,....
