spark problem 96 sugar sand jet boat

I have this boat with a 120hp sport jet (mercury) inboard.
I just bought this a month ago .Runs good for two weekends and last week after work on a small fuel leak (carburetor hose), don?t start anymore.
I just made that simple thing take a spark plug (it's wet); crank just a little no spark at all on any spark plug.
Any suggestions?

That is a Mercury outboard powerhead (and ignition system)
