sparking problems 15hp 2stroke

g'day i have a tohatsu 15hp 2stroke.i think mid 90's model M15A ser#51590.lost all spark tested plugs both ok.put electric drill on flywheel ran at high speed and spark returned.ok for 2 weeks or so then died again.will not spark by hand cranking only with the drill.not good at electrics.would apreciate any help.

You need a service manual to get the pages of test values and procedures.

And I would add that there are almost no parts available for a 15A, aside from the water pump kit.

g,day again.thanks for the reply.does anyone know of a site where i could download a repair manual for my 15A as i,m short of cash at the moment and can,t afford to buy one.any help appreciated,thanks cjed3.

Service manuals are copyrighted materials. It would be illegal to download one.
