Speedometer issues

Hello,
Just bought a 1994 17' Glastron fish and ski. Noticed the speedometer didn't work when I took it out last weekend I checked all my conections and everything seems to be ok. Just wondered if anyone has any tips or tricks on this

have you checked to make sure your pittot isn't damaged, line pinched, etc?

What type of water do you boat in? If it's saltwater, then I would flush your tube as salt deposit can build up inside as well as things like quaga mussels........just a thought.

also, check to make sure your pittot tube is in the correct position! I've seen pictures where people installed them upside down.....
