I have a live-bait well that tends to splash water into the boat when under way. It's one of those live-well/seat combo's. It's not a matter of being to full, since it never gets above the recirculating drain. I'm getting sick of wet feet! Anyone else have this problem, and an idea of how to remedy it? Thanks -- my feet thank you!

Oh yea ,i got the same problem,I think the answer is.(Don't fill it with so many fish).Actually i have the same problem with my Sylvan. It's a nice boat, but it seem like with all they did to make it nice, they didn't take the time to put a seal on the lid, I've been pondering the same question.

mth54 Pink at night sailors delight,Pink in the morning sailors take warning!

Just a thought off the top of my head....never tried it.. could you get some of that rubber splashguard strip that goes on the bottom of storm doors and put it inside the livewell rim so that when you closed the lid it would have that rubber guard crossing the seam where lid meets livewell rim?

Use weatherstipping. Not the grey open cell foam, that would be like a sponge. Use the white closed cell stuff, self adhesive. You can get it in rolls at any hardware store, $4.
Available in a variety of sizes, 1/4 to 3/4" thick, and 1/4 to 1 inch wide.

Then stick a few pieces on the inside of the hull, about 6 inches long. It makes a great place to stick that lure you just took off the line and are too lazy to put in the tacklebox. before you know it, you'll have 4 or 5 lures hanging there.
