sport-jet 90 carbs leaking

I have a 90hp 1994 Sport-Jet. All three carbs leak. All have new needles,fixed seats and new floats.With the carbs on the bench they test fine using light air pressure. Prime them with fuel and they leak -turn them upside down and they dont-anyone ever had this problem? I have been worrking on O/Bs for 25+ years and never had a problem like this.. Since posting this question I went to the shop and found the problem- I found that the bowl vent passages were still obstructed even after imersion cleaning the carbs. I opened them up, connected a fuel tank with a primer bulb primed them and had no leak. I just want to pass this knowlage on and hope it helps someone else-as usuall its a minor thing creating a big problem..
