I have a 94 sugar sands with a 90HP sportjet. carbs have been rebuilt, floats set properly, new gaskets etc, floats seat properly and dont leak when seated. runs fine first time its restarted after cleaning out and draining carbs, but if it is shut off for any length of time, fuel pours out of all 3 carbs. reed valves fine. my mechanic and me are stupified. Any help would be appreciated.
