Put everything back together .In the service manual they tell me to torque the flywheel 40 to 45 lbs. I torque it at 45 lbs but now i find it very hard to pull.If i torque it at 40 lbs would it be easier to pull ?Also when the 2 screws of the crankcase were missing i tried to start the motor pull a few time it was very hard to pull.did i brake something by pulling without the crankcase screws thank you

Well, it certainly isn't the flywheel torque, so put that out of our mind. I have no way of knowing what is messed up, but it must be something you did wrong with the rebuild. It should be very easy to turn over if you take the plugs out...is it?
