Sportwin 4423 and Sportwin 3012 are they the same?

I have an evinrude sportwin model 4423 it was built from 1948-51. A guy has an Evinrude sportwin model 3012 which was made from 1952-54. The 4423 is a 3.3hp and the 3012 is 3hp. Does anyone know if the parts are the same?

A few may be, Alex, but not enough to make one a parts engine for the other.
