Springbok wiring

Hi folks. My son just purchased an 85 16’ Springbok console. Wondering if anyone has any info on the console wiring. Four switches in arranged vertically. Bottom two operate live well aerator and live well fill/drain. Top two switches are a mystery. I’m guessing lights and maybe bilge pump. Toggle portion of top switch broken, seems like it’s a three position switch but hard to tell. Part numbers aren’t legible. Just wondering if anyone has any info to help with the wire chasing.

Trace the wires and compare the wire colors listed in the electrical forum stickies, and hope the boat was wired to the ABYC color code
