Springfield Plug in Series Pedestals - Noisy

I have 2003 Lund Fisherman with Springfield Plug in Series Pedestal seats. They have worked fine for four years, but now a couple of the bases have developed annoying squeaks whenever anyone sits in them and moves around at all. It seems like the rubber inserts in the pedestals have broken down.

Anyone have this same experience and any suggestions for how to remedy this situation.
