I have a 1992 Evinrude 60hp with a 14 x 17 13 spline aluminum prop. I'm in the market for a good used stainless steel prop. My question is and it may be dumb to ask but I would assume I will stay with the same 14 dia x 17 pitch with a stainless steel prop ? I thought I would ask because the stainless steel is a heavier prop and I didn't know if it would change up anything.

usually the top end improves over an aluminum prop if all is equal because the stainless doesnt flex like the aluminum does.

17' Tracker Deep V 17 60hp Evinrude rpm was I believe right at 5800-5900, mph 31 with bimini top up and two people, one person 190# the other 180# with fishing gear, cooler, and 15# anchor in the boat. Lake was very calm that day I remember.

Which are the min-max wot rpm range for that OB, seems that with that alum prop you're at the max of the wot range which is cool. Is there anything that want to better, hole shot, better top end speed.

There's controvery about prop flexing issue, some says it's just pure propaganda from prop manufacturers to sell SS props while bashing alum ones. According to prop experts : When running at speeds over 50 mph, stainless props will perform better than aluminum. You decide if going that SS route..

Ok thanks Sea Rider for the info, I'm very pleased with the aluminum prop performance I have, but was only looking at stainless steel for more durability. I just sold a stainless steel prop on craigslist for $150.00 (it would not fit my Evinrude) with in the last week, actually took me over a year to sell it posting and re-posting it. The guy that bought it was tickled to death and text me when he got home and said thank you so much it fits. He brought his aluminum prop to compare and man it was pretty rough condition.
