Stacking of electrical connections

So I may be trying to dissect the smallest detail. The attached picture shows the temp sensor mounting bracket for a bow thruster attached to the bottom screw, along with a brush wire. The top screw is an ring terminal for an electrical connection for the temp sensor along with another brush wire.

I believe the brush wires handle more current and should be at the bottom of the stack.

The picture is from the manufacturer.

Consider the flow of electricity to the brush wire. That's a pretty high current flow. It starts on the buss the screw is threaded into. What is touching the buss is the SS heat sensor bracket. Poor conductor of electricity. The brush wire connector is next. Then a washer and screw. Washer and screw made of plated steel.

I see poor flow of electricity from the buss to the brush wire.
