Stained Jet ski hull?

Anybody know how to get stains out of the hull of a jet ski? My boss left his in the lake most of the summer lasy year and didnt clean it when he took it out. Thanks for any suggestions. Im just trying to help him out.

i've used muriatic acid on gel coated hulls with success. how it would effect a painted surface i don't know...

if ya do use muriatic acid. dilute it. i've use 25% acid, the rest water... it's very caustic stuff even when diluted. use rubber gloves, eye protection, and something to cover your mouth and nose. don't breath the fumes. you'll be sorry if you do.

i used a long handle bristle brush to scrubb a little to get the real bad parts off my boat. then wash with soap and water right away after yer application to get the acid off...

muriatic acid is very dangerous stuff. so be carefull if ya use it...

Cover your trailer with plastic it will eat metal.
