Stalls in idle, will fire and immediately die afterwords

I have an 06 yamaha 90 hp 4 stroke. More often than not, it will stall at idle after running wot for a while. Afterwords it will crank, run for a split second, then die. This always sets the low voltage alarm off on my ff.
Other than this frustration, it runs like a top. On the occasion that it continues idling after running for a while, it does not run rough.

Any ideas on where I should begin looking?
