Standard Exhaust Shutter (Flapper) Won't Fit + ISO 140 Motor

I've got a pre-alpha, and trying to fit an exhaust shutter (sierra 18-2727), which is meant to fit 120/140 exhausts. Trouble is, it doesn't. The hinge pin on the sierra is too long, in fact.

The 18-2727 (60930 Mercruiser #) is what keeps coming up on various parts sites, and even when calling the local shop. There's just no way it would (could) fit.

Incidentally, I'm also looking for a 140hp motor to replace my broken 120 I removed. I've found a 120hp, but would appreciate the extra 20. I'm in Fillmore, Indiana. Anyone have one/know of one?

Update: Found a shutter which fits, which was QuickSilver 45586. It was necessary to trim down the flaps slightly with a box knife to fit and properly close.

Lesson learned: Never assume that a part advertised as works on "all 120/140" actually does.
