Standard Prop for a Mercruiser 165 4 Cyl Alpha 1, on a Wellcraft 180 Classic

Don't know much about this...

But, can anyone tell me what the Standard prop would be for a Mercruiser 4 cyl, 165 engine on an Alpha 1 drive.

The prop that is on there is messed up (cracks and bottom/rock scrapeing) and the numbers are unreadable...

Any help will be appreciated..in advance.

Have you looked under the prop nut for numbers?
I'm no Mercruiser expert but I don't recall a 165 4 cylinder Typicallyt referred to as a straight or in line 6 cylinder.
If I had to guess as a starting point a 19" pitch.

It's the dreaded 470 engine.

Most likely the prop is a 14.25 x 19p 3 blade aluminum. It will fit the Alpha 1 without a problem.
