have a 1983 Starcraft Mariner MR220V. took center section of floor up to check fuel line on tank. the tank side rest on aluminum stringers. there is a single wood stringer under middle of tank approximately 3"wide by 8" deep and Rotten. Were they built with a wood stringer or was that probably a previous owners modification for what ever reason ?
