From the main forum page with the list of forum sections, click "Latest Activity". On the results page, the A-Z manufacturer buttons are at the bottom. Click "S Manufacturers" and click Starcraft on the drop down menu. Takes you right to the Starcraft subsection.

You should be able to see the Manufacturer drop downs with out clicking "Latest Activity"

Thought I was going crazy. Looked and looked and could not find it. Hit the reload button and lo and behold there it was along with other features I wasn't seeing before. Thanks guys.
