I've bought several used motors here in Denmark, and had a couple that took a swim too. I dont like the look of it. Usually, when flywheel teeth, every bolt and starter body, is so rusty, its been in salt water. It CAN have been left without hood in harsh environment too, but thats a chance. I would only buy that one for a parts motor, knowing exactly what to get from it, unless I could get it turning free again and measure compression. Good anchors though!!

Click on the "History" Link. Opens small window shoving bid history. Looks like the same person kept renewing his bid - strange.

This guy is not bidding himself up.He is feeling out the other guy who put in a high maximum bid.He is just trying to find out how high the other guy went without going overboard.<br />As for the rest,I am with Dane all the way.Rust means salt.Salt means electrolysis which translates into broken bolts when you try to loosen them.I would not touch this anchor.
