Starter bracket compatible or not?

Hey guys. I have a 1964 18 hp Johnson FD-18E. I am going to put a starter on it. I have the parts catalog for the motor but it doesn't show the starter bracket. I guess this was because at that time the electric start was an accessory you could buy from the dealer where you got your motor. Long story short I don't have a part number for it. I did find that the starter mounting plate looks about the same on this model as the 20 hp motors made after 67. The flywheel for the two motors are the same part number as well. Do you think that the starter motor mounting brancket would be the same part as well? If anyone had an accessory catalog for that motor I would appreciate it.

99% it is plug and play.

I'll have to check, but I may have that bracket.

Thanks for the answers. That would be great if you did have that bracket.
