Starter Brushes 1974 evinrude 25

Can anyone tell me where to find a starter brush kit for a 1974 evinrude 25.I looked here and they only go back to a 1977.Will that year work or not?My motor is manual start and am putting electric start on it.I have everything to make it happen,except a set of brushes for this starter,they are wore out.Any info would be great ....Thanks Chad
