Starter / Power trim

I have a 1995 Merc 175 EFI on a '95 Lund. After the boat sits for 24 hours and I try to hit the starter it acts like it has low voltage(i.e. dead battery). but the battery is fully charged. If I hit the power trim up & down once, then try the starter, it cranks over fine. I have checked the battery connections and the connections to the starter and all seem fine. Any ideas out there?

Did you check all grounds. Even if it looks good try cleaning all grounds. hope this helps chuck
