Starter question ford 351w

I have a 1977 omc ford 351w 235hp CW rotation I am having a hard time finding a new starter for this year. Where can I find one of these? And what is the difference in the older stuff? Thanks.

Hi, Best might be to find a good re builder,My mech put a gear reduction type in that kept getting hung up on the ring gear all the time.I had to buy a marine one for $ 300 , Plus new,mech kept my core and said he sold it as scrap. You need to ask around to find a good shop I know some places do a better job than others, I try to find a shop that does truck starters and alternators, good luck.

Standard rotation for engines (inboard, IO etc) is clockwise when viewed from the pulley end.
