Starting A 2001 40hp Without Controls

I just bought a 2001 40hp Merc 3 cylinder engine without controls. Model # 200140ELPTO.

I have the motor on a test stand. How do I wire this so I can test run it? I know where the battery connections go, and I got the power tilt to work, and I can jump the starter solenoid to turn it over, but what do I need to do to get ignition and shut-off?
