starting a 9.9 tracker motor

hi,i bought a pontoon and there was a evinrude 9.9 engine on it,,,1990 i have no key ,,if i open motor top theres a wiring box ,,can anybody tell me what wires to jump to see if i can start motor,,,

no re coil starter only,,push button choke
