You can spray some Marvel Mystery oil or similar product in the cylinders and let it sit a bit, rotate the flywheel by hand to make sure everything is moving freely before turning on the ignition. The rings may have taken a set by now but a few thermal cycles will bring the life back. You may want to replace the impellor too.
