I recently inherited a boat with a 1986 150hp Mariner outboard. Evidently this engine has not been started in aproximately 4 years.
Does anybody have a checklist of "to do's" to get this engine up and running?
What tasks can a basic hack machanic (me) do, and what should I have a real mechanic check out before launch?
And any little tricks would also be greatly appreciated.
