I've got a 98 Oceanrunner 150. I went to start it and the starter kept engaged even though I turned the key to off. Do I have a short in the ignition switch or an issue at the solenoid? I had to turn the battery off in order to get the starter to stop. If I turn the batteries back on the starter engages immediately.
