Good morning all.
I have a South african built cabin boat Excalibre 210)fitted with a Evenrude 225 vro,
the boat is a deep vee hull and has the following dimensions,
Length 6.4 m. Beam 2.8 m. Mass 650 Kg. Draft.0.4m.
If I include the mass of the motor(256Kg) the total mass would be 906 Kg.
(1993.2 Lbs) currently I HAVE s a 14 1/4 x 21 pitch propellor.
THE MAXIMUN POWER IS RATED AT 5500 RPM so I recon that I should peak out at 5700 rpm.
how wide should the powerband be (rpm).
I have not tested this propellor and really would like to know if it is in the range required.
