have replaced starter. on On 1977 Johnson 55 seahorse loop charged mod# 55el76e, ser # e4473919 ( 2 cyclider) number spark plugs 2 <br /><br />on boat glastron skiflite<br /><br />batteries been charged full and not getting enough power to turn starter

Hi, Jerry.<br /><br />A very common problem.<br /><br />Disconnect, thoroughly clean and reinstall EVERY connection of large guage wire. The most likely cause is a corroded contact between the battery ground cable and the engine block.<br /><br />Good luck, and let us know your results.
