starting switch terminals. 63' 18hp

Im restoring a 63' johnson 18hp with electric start. the switch has 4 terminals. the 2 black wires (m) go to the magneto but im not sure what part they connect to.
would it be the coil ground or where the condenser and points are, or neither. I have a schematic but it doesnt show in detail.

Each The "M" terminal with it's black wire ultimately connect to the screw terminal on the point where the condenser and one of the ignition coil leads connect.
