I am starting to restore a 1987 19' Bluefin Sportsman. I plan on replacing the floor boards(some rot). I have question/ The foan under the floor board is not styrofoam. It is like the spray foam for sealing doors or windows, my question is how water proof is this foam. Should it be replaced.
Thanks: cool:

Welcome Aboard!
I like those Bluefins almost as much as the Starcrafts.;)

The foam you see under the DECK..That is pured in expandable foam.
It becomes waterloffed and very very heavy. If it is wet, cut it out. Some guys have used a drywall saw, steak knives..whatever they can get their hands on to cut it out.
