Starting trouble after motor is warm//1997 Evinrude 90 HP

I have a 90 HP Evinrude outboard. When you first start it, it starts easy, after you run it for an hour or two it won't start unless you choke it. The pump up bulb is staying tight but it just won't start. After starting again and you run it for thirty minutes, it won't start unless you choke again.
