Took the cover off to do a visual inspection and dry out a bit of condensation left over from this weekends trip and found this.
None of the usual symptoms. Motor ran well during a 35-40 mile run on Saturday. No battery charging issues (~13.8 per gauge) and no issues with the tachometer. Battery connections are clean with SS nyloc nuts.
No idea if this is recent or not. Can't get it in the shop for another 3 weeks.
Any problems running it until such time, assuming it doesn't go out completely and strand me?
Will a complete failure do any damage downstream. IE power pack
Probable cause? Don't want to replace it then and burn up another because I didn't fix the problem.
