I have a 1977 Johnson 175hp. I experienced a big loss of power at the lake. I tested the compression and all cylinders are normal. I tested the spark, the three on the left were good. I have no spark at all on the three cylinders on the right side of my engine. I originally thought that my power pack went bad. My motor is the old style with two power packs. I looked closer and tested to see if the pack was getting any power. The left side(the one getting spark) has a white wire that lights up when cranked. The right side(no spark) doesn't light up at the same point. I traced this wire and it goes up under the flywheel. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be. Thanks a lot.
