Stator question Evinrude 225

I have a Evinrude 225 e225txccr 88/89
the stator has a pair of orange and a pair of yellow wires plus the browns with connectors stator mod# 0583670 i bought a new stator and it dont
have the orange wires but both stators have the same mod. number
where i bought it from said that i dont need the orange wires
but i want to make sure.. can any one help me with this..

E225TXCCR is a 1988 motor. The 35 amp stator for that engine is part # 583415 or 584287. The current superseding part number is 0763765.

Stator number 0583670 is for the 1986 and 1987 225 engines.
