Here is what I have:
1) All around good SS prop for pulling tubers, skiers, etc. NOT looking for top speed
2) OEM Aluminum
3) 14.5x21P-See attached photos
4) WOT 4700 RPM with gear and four people weighting approx. 550 total
5) Mercruiser 43.L Thunderbolt Ignition (180HP?)
6) 2002 Larson 210SEI approx. 4500lbs dry.
My boat topped out at about 44MPH with 4 people and gear with the above said information.
I would be happy with a 3 blade SS replacement, but I was wondering if a 4 blade would add a little grunt for the low and mid range for pulling purposes?
I'm happy with the top speed now, and not looking to go 50+ MPH as the lake in and around Indiana are too small and too crowded for speed IMO.
If I went to a 4 blade SS prop what pitch and diameter do you guys recommend moving to?
TIA
