steering cable cover

I have to run about 2ft of my steering cable across the deck of my project boat.I don't like doing it that way but it will be alot cheaper.I'm looking for a cable(safety)cover but I'm having a hard time finding one.I would appreciate any help anyone could give me. Thank You

never seen one. can you slip a piece of PVC over it.

Sir,That's basically what I'm looking for but not that high.I will call Carolina Skiff to see if they have something that is a lower profile.Thank You

what about taking a piece of PVC and using a table saw, split it ?
