We just picked up a 1974 glastron "tri hull" free from a friend (been sitting for 5 years) It has a Evinrude 200 on it. The motor runs great. We just have a problem with the steering. We got it to turn when we pick it up but now it won't. I took the steering apart found a "red" cable attached to a black box with gears in it. looks like that is locked up. (Wheel moves fine.) Should i spray wd40 or pb blaster in it? please help. Thanks guys!!!
